Send /paysupport to @GramSenseBot and describe what happened.
Export your data
In the app: Profile → Your data → Export my data. Or send /export to the bot — you get one file with all your data.
Delete your account
In the app: Profile → Your data → Delete my account. Or send /deleteme to the bot. Everything is erased; payment records are kept de-identified, as the law requires.
Turn off reminders and the evening summary
Profile → Notifications — or the 🔔 button under any reminder.
Disconnect Strava
Profile → Strava: turn the switch off.
